When I dorve onto the lot I was greeted by Mark right as I got out of my car. He made the whole experience positive. I will surely reccommend him to my family and friends.

Thank you for the exceptional service and attention. I came by to checkout the 2013 Explorer and appreciated all the time you spent with going over the different trim lines and specs of the vehicle. I did not feel pressured to buy and felt comfortable making a decision on the spot versus the pressure usually felt at car dealers.

The sales process was very quick and provided me clear and consise payment options and financing without the typical sales pitch for more options etc.

I just wanted to say I enjoyed my experience yesterday. It was definitely worth the drive from Puyallup out to Issaquah! And to think I almost didn’t make the drive because of the distance….:(

After dealing with ‘Vahdet’ in Renton, and the timing chain in a Versa….then on to Seattle and ‘Jesus’ and the 30 mph test drive down Seattle side streets…?????…..You were a charm to deal with. Glad I waited the 20 minutes for Jeff to not come out so we got you instead.

I honestly came out yesterday to “Look & Test Drive” only but I love my Saturn and you made the deal work!!! Sixty One years old and this is the FIRST car financed in my name ONLY!!! I have bought homes, NEW cars, etc. but when my husband passed away 3 years ago I found out “I” had NO CREDIT!!!

. Since my name was always #2 on the loan….I didn’t exist! I’m still not perfect….but I’ve built some credit on my own & I appreciate you and Evergreen Ford making this deal work!!!

You ROCK dear and YOU made the sale work. I don’t think anyone else could have got me to stay past the “test drive”. Thanks to you, Evergreen finally moved that Saturn and I found a car I could be happy with!
